McCrady's chef Sean Brock brings home the bacon

Sean Brock was in Atlanta over the weekend where he beat out five other top chefs in Cochon 555's challenge to create ten dishes out of one heritage pig, snout to tail.

Brock's victory secures his spot in a final round at the Food + Wine Clasic in Aspen and his title as the "Prince of Porc."
